Inhalation (Aromatherapy):

For relaxationdiffuse 2 drops of ylang ylang, 3 drops of lavender and 3 drops of cypress.

External use: 

For body creammix 10 drops of ylang ylang, 15 drops of geranium, 10 drops of lavender, 5 drops of cedar wood in a 120 ml bottle and fill the rest with unscented body cream.

For bath saltmix 2 drops of ylang ylang, 3 drops of lavender with two tablespoons of carrier jojoba oil and top off the rest with epsom or sea salt. Then apply in the bath.
