External use:

For a revitalizing massagemix a few drops of grapefruit with a carrier oil.

For a soothing abdominal massagemix 4 drops of grapefruit, 3 drops of lavender, 4 drops of peppermint, 9 drops of orange in a 60 ml bottle and fill the rest with almond carrier oil. (Dilution ratio 1.7%)
