Peppermint oil, also known asPeppermint oil, is one of the most versatile oils. Its soothing menthol scent helps withfocusedand relieves blocked airways. Peppermint oil (mint essential oil/essential oil) helps withdigestion, bloatingand cramps. Mint also destroys bacteria, soothes the skin and relaxes the muscles.
When used cosmetically, it closes the pores on the skin, thus preventing their subsequent clogging. Traditionally, peppermint oil is used together with coconut oil to regenerate the skinsunburnt.
Mint works when added to hair shampooagainst dandruff. Thanks to its exceptional smell and taste, peppermint essential oil is widely used in cosmetics, healthcare and gastronomy.

Inhalation (Aromatherapy):
To improve mooddiffuse 5 drops of peppermint with 8 drops of lemon.
For a quick startduring a difficult day, apply a drop of mint, a drop of orange, a drop of frankincense directly to the palm of your hand and inhale.
External use:
For muscle massageafter sports performance, mix 8 drops of mint, 3 drops of lavender, 5 drops of rosemary in a 60 ml bottle and fill the rest with jojoba or other carrier oil. (Dilution ratio 1.7%)
Internal use:
For digestive problemsapply 1-2 drops of mint in a capsule or in a smoothie. (For internal use always consult a certified aromatherapist first).
To freshen the breathapply a drop of mint together with a drop of lemon in water and then rinse your mouth.
