Suitable for:Water retention in the body,inflammation of the bladder,urinary tract infections,bloating,menstrual cramps,tired and heavy legs,detoxification,cellulite,obesity,gout,rheumatism,arthritis,acne,ulcers,eczema,mental exhaustion,chronic fatigue,anxiety,stress
Inhalation (Aromatherapy):
When tireddiffuse 5 drops of juniper and 5 drops of grapefruit.
External use:
With rashesor eczema, mix 1 to 2 drops of juniper with almond carrier oil and apply to the skin.
For body peelingmix 12 drops of juniper, 10 drops of cypress, 12 drops of mandarin, 14 drops of grapefruit, ½ bottle of granulated sugar, ¼ jojoba and ¼ sesame oil in a 250 ml bottle. While showering, apply 1 tablespoon directly to the skin, then wash off the mixture. (1.9% dilution)
Internal use:
To aid digestionand liver cleansing, add 1 to 2 drops to a smoothie. (For internal use always consult a certified aromatherapist first).
