Inhalation (Aromatherapy):

To improve mooddiffuse 5 drops of cinnamon, 5 drops of rosemary and 5 drops of mint.

External use:

For muscle regenerationmix 1 drop of cinnamon, 3 drops of basil, 3 drops of mint, 5 drops of frankincense in a 60 ml bottle and fill the rest with almond carrier oil.
