With the arrival of spring, changes can be felt in the air, nature is awakening, but this change has an exhausting effect on the human body. Our organism does not work exactly as we would like, and therefore we appear tired and faint.

How spring fatigue occurs

Although the causes of spring fatigue are not yet fully understood, scientists have hypothesized that fluctuating hormone levels may be the cause.

According to this hypothesis, the human body depletes its reserves of the happiness hormone, serotonin, in winter, which allows the sleep hormone, melatonin, to manifest itself in full force. When the days get longer in spring, the body adjusts its hormone levels and more endorphins, testosterone and estrogen are released. This transition puts a strain on the body, which then reacts with a feeling of fatigue.

But fatigue is not the only symptom of the coming spring. While we get used to the new world, we feel depressed , sad or stressed . Mental and physical malaise tends to have different intensity, which we fight against with proven tricks. Exercise or a healthy diet can help us with these difficulties, but what if we need a kick right now?

Spring fatigue and aromatherapy

Aromatherapy provides a wide range of essential oils (also called essential oils and essential oils) that can help us overcome spring fatigue and recharge the necessary energy. Essential oils have positive effects on the symptoms caused by the arrival of spring . Often, only a few essential oils are enough, a diffuser and spring fatigue doesn't have to bother us anymore. Essential oils literally take us out of the lethargy of spring days. All you have to do is choose the one that is the most suitable helper for us thanks to its effects.

"Good Morning" Mix

The sharp spring rays of the sun can wake us up earlier in the morning than we were used to during the winter. Less sleep causes us to wake up less rested and irritable. If we add to this a sleepless night or the stress of the upcoming day, our mood will not be the best. And so fatigue or depression becomes a morning ritual. Fortunately, essential oils can save us from such a failed scenario. Our body will thank us thanks to it and our day will be all the better.

Lemon Oil – Known for its refreshing and incredibly uplifting effects, it helps refresh the mind and kick-start our positive morning mood

Mandarin oil – its sweet fresh scent helps reduce nervous tension and stress

Orange oil – reduces anxiety and stress

2 drops of each of them will be enough and spring fatigue will lose its power.

Daily cycle - essential oils for relaxation

During the day, we experience many stressful situations. Our careers don't allow us to switch off even for a few minutes. A change in the weather or pressure from the environment takes its toll. When even the third cup of coffee does not help, essential oils effective for stress, worry and fatigue come to the fore.

Ylang Ylang Oil - promotes courage and also has calming effects. It induces optimism and promotes cheerfulness

Bergamot oil - which refreshes us during the day and elevates us above everything around, relieves fatigue and stress. It can also drive away despair and worry, allowing our day to go on peacefully

Thanks to its cooling aroma, peppermint oil relieves us of hysteria and drives away headaches. It even improves our concentration and strengthens our mind in times of need

Essential oils and spring allergies?

The arrival of spring is also heralded by seasonal allergies , which more and more people in the world suffer from. Sneezing, stuffy nose, or watery eyes are all observed in people sensitive to allergens and the associated change of season. It is a common reaction to pollen and mold . The harsh spring sun can also contribute to swelling and itching. Oils with cooling properties, such as eucalyptus or peppermint, can be used to solve exactly these allergy symptoms.

Eucalyptus oil – anti-inflammatory oil helps with respiratory congestion. The sensation of cold that we feel when inhaling helps to feel the relief of the respiratory tract in the treatment of seasonal allergies

Peppermint oil – will reduce inflammation and bring relief

Tea tree oil - has strong antibacterial and antifungal properties, which makes it an excellent helper in purifying the air from viruses and fungi

Quality sleep against spring fatigue

Sometimes the whole day can exhaust us so much that in the evening we still can't calm down and we have a whirlwind of thoughts in our head . Coming home, relaxing and disconnecting from the world around you is extremely important. Our body needs sleep. If we want to fight spring fatigue, we also need to revitalize during the night so that we can function properly the following days.

Lavender oil – the king among essential oils (essential oils, essential oils) supporting quality sleep, has naturally soothing properties . It is therefore a shame not to use the perfection of lavender oil, which can transport us to the dimension of peaceful sleep, thanks to which we enter the spring morning charged with new energy.

The mountains are full of energy until spring!

Whether you opt for diffusing or a relaxing massage, we believe that aromatherapy with essential oils will help you enjoy this magical season to the fullest.
