Myrrh oil is unique with its woody smoky aroma. This biblical oil is used in religious rituals and meditations. The word myrrh comes from the Arabic "murr" and means "bitter". It is for its versatilitythe basis of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Discovered 3700 years ago, myrrh oil was used by the ancient Egyptians during embalming. Myrrh oil worksagainst microbes, bacteria and stimulates the immune system. Suitable for:

Inhalation (Aromatherapy):

For relaxationdiffuse 5 drops of myrrh, 5 drops of bergamot and 5 drops of ylang ylang.

External use:

For first aid for injuriesmix 11 drops of myrrh, 3 drops of lavender in a 30 ml bottle and fill the rest with aloe vera gel.

For nail creammix 6 drops of myrrh, 15 drops of tee trea, 4 drops of cloves in a 60 ml bottle and fill the rest with a carrier (almond, coconut, argan) oil.

Oral hygiene:

When cleaning the oral cavityadd 2 drops of myrrh to your toothpaste.

When rinsing the oral cavitymix 1 drop of myrrh with 60 ml of water and gargle for 30 seconds.
