Inhalation (Aromatherapy): 

To lift the moodapply 1-2 drops directly on the palm and inhale.

For refreshmentdiffuse 4 drops of orange with 4 drops of mint, 4 drops of rosemary and 4 drops of lemon.

External use: 

For body lotionin a 120 ml pump bottle, mix 20 drops of orange, 5 drops of geranium, 10 drops of lavender, 5 drops of patchouli and fill the rest with almond or jojoba carrier oil. After mixing thoroughly, use as a body cream after bathing. (Dilution ratio 1.7%)
